Coconut flour pizza and weight loss recipes
This is a very easy recipe you can follow during your weight loss motivation.
- Coconut flour 50g
- Broccoli 100g
- tomatoes 50 g
- Bell pepper 50g
- Mozerella cheese 50g
- Green chili 25g
- Psyllium husk 1 tablespoon.
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Table salt 1 teaspoon
- Pepper 1 teaspoon
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- half cup of water
let’s get started.
First of all, collect all the ingredients. Make sure to buy as many fresh vegetables, especially broccoli and bell pepper. You can purchase either green or yellow bell pepper. I prefer not to but red bell pepper because we are using tomatoes. If you use red, it will be too much red color pizza. We need this more attractively.
Secondly. its time to make the dough. Mix coconut flour, Psyllium husk, and butter together with a small amount of water. And make sure it is nonsticky. Ok, now you need to dice the vegetables nicely into small parts. Not too big and not too small. Meanwhile, make the dough into a circle of 8 inches. You can use a spatula to shape the dough into a circle.
Then add some butter to the nonstick pan and spread the dough evenly on it. Then place the vegetables nicely on the crust. Later on, add the egg with shredded cheese on the top.
At last, bake the pizza for about 15 minutes in a 400°F oven. Finally, you can see a yummy pizza like this. Enjoy. However, this pizza is good for one person. This will have around 500kcal.
